Librarian Craft Time

Craft can be an expression of creativity, a means to make beautiful and practical objects, or a enjoyable pastime. But did you realise it can also be a useful work skill?

SALIN is hosting a relaxed evening of making and sharing for librarians of all kinds.

If you already craft, bring your skills along and share them with other librarians. If you don’t yet craft, come along and learn skills that you can use to entertain or educate library patrons.

We will be providing materials and instruction for origami, the simple yet delightful Japanese art of paper folding.

When: Thursday 19 October, from 5:30pm. Origami lessons will start at 6:30pm
Where: Thrift Shop (12 Waymouth Place, Adelaide)
